Yesterdays Workout

Yesterdays workout was intense it started off with the leg press hitting each set with progressing loads me and my brother trained this session in an unusual principle as we progressed from leg press to lying leg curl and extension today we combined slow training with fast training placed at the end of about 1:35 seconds of slow near static reps, we pumped out as many fast reps as we could to finish off the set.

The result today is legs pumped all over, very sore and I don't complain about my leg days so much but this was a great way to train to get into leg workouts again and feel results.

The whole workout was done with pin loaders with exception of some bodyweight stretches and plated leg press at the start.
