Dad Joins me on Keto lifestyle

Over the last 10 weeks my father has been studying for healthy recipes cooking new healthy meals and changing his mindset on diet and exercise, he has joined a new gym and has already lost 6 kilograms doing the new lifestyle.

As we have been learning throughout we both still eat some vegetable carbs at night just not during the day, unless its after a workout.
