Experimenting with different diets

I have tried many diets/lifestyle changes over the last couple of years from bodybuilding diets to cutting diets, vegan, vegetarian keto, paleo and whatever else!
My humble beginnings started as an elimination diet to reduce or remove the wrong foods & sugar from my diet as we moved on I was introduced to bodybuilding diets that increased protein consumption up to or over 200 grams per day.
Lowering carbs was next after 6 months of this I started following a carb cycling diet as part of a shred program I was following from one of the online trainers.
After completing this workout program a couple of times I was able to move on to try out other programs.
I tried to introduce vegan options late 2014 early 2015 to try and find a balance as I loved drinking fruit smoothies.
I realized I was unable to sustain this diet due to the costs of the fruit and veggies so ventured to more vegetarian options and only a small amount of meat per day as I was not ready to cut out all meat just yet.
I started reading some books online regarding vegan foods and the health benefits which motivated me to start including some more slow cooked foods earlier in 2015. after many attempts to find a successful balance I had failed to continue dropping weight so I had to adapt and do further research to find something else.
Over the last couple of months I have dropped another 10 kilograms breaking a very long battle getting through my last plateau.
